Year: 1971; Model: LeMans T-37; Exterior: Quezal Gold; Interior: Sandelwood; Engine: '76 400 with 6x-8 heads replaced original 350 2 barrel engine; TH-350, 2.56 (open) rear gears; Exhaust: Hooker Super Comps to 2.5" Dr. Gas X crossover and Straightline Performance Mufflers exiting 2.5" tail pipes. Suspension upgraded with HO Enterprises springs and sway bars, Hotchkiss boxed rear control arms; Brakes: upgraded to SS discs and KYB shocks; Wheels: 16" x 8" Torque Thrust IIs, Tires: 245s 60 series.
Aquired: Two years ago.
Usage: Driven as often as the "car gods" allow.
Future Plans: re-engineer a new fuel system (one that will not starve in hard cornering), and work towards a bullit proof 400. Upgrade rear end with posi and better gearing for acceleration.
