Year: 1962; Model: Catalina Convertible; Color: White with black top; Interior: red (Grand Prix interior); 8 Lug Aluminum wheels, and automatic transmission. The engine is a 389 c. i., and by the numbers purports to be a 303 hp engine that runs on pump gas.
Owner's comments: I've had the car about 3 years and have just "noodled around" with fixin' here and patchin' there, waiting for two bushel baskets of cash to really get with it. Have added a Demon carburetor and enjoy roaming around town and the Blue Ridge Moutains on weekends.
Plans: The dream is to eventually have a mid-sixties mild custom with a really nice paint job and a decent running 455, carbureted, auto tranny, posi rear end that devours Mustangs.
