Designed for modified displacement classic Pontiac V8 engines. This low profile, aluminum intake (non EGR) is a performance alternative to Edelbrock's dual plane Performer RPM intake. It provides outstanding flow right out of the box. It fits under the hood of 1970-1979 Trans Ams allowing the use of the orignial stock air cleaner assembly and shaker hood scoop. The carb base allows for the mounting of a Quadrajet carburetor or a Holley-styled carburetor. A special plate is included for a Holley-styled carburetor.

The intake comes in two finishes, standard and polished.
